Booking & Planning 

Cherry-Picked Travel provides curated travel planning and booking services designed around your preferences, travel style, and budget.

Because travel pricing and availability change frequently, reservations are not guaranteed until payment has been processed and confirmation has been received from the supplier.

Some trips may require a non-refundable planning fee depending on the complexity, level of customization, number of travelers, or concierge-style services requested. Planning fees cover the time spent researching, coordinating suppliers, designing itineraries, and providing personalized travel support.

Client approval is always required before any booking exceeds the agreed-upon budget or quoted pricing range. Reservations cannot be held without payment or supplier-required deposits.

Payment 

Payment schedules and deposit requirements vary by supplier, destination, and travel type.

By submitting payment, travelers acknowledge:

• Deposits may be non-refundable.
• Final payment deadlines are set by the supplier.
• Missed payment deadlines may result in cancellation, loss of reservation, additional fees, or forfeited funds.
• Cherry-Picked Travel is not responsible for penalties imposed by suppliers due to late or missed payments.

Accepted payment methods will be provided during the booking process.

Cancellation & Refund 

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by the lead traveler. Refund eligibility is determined solely by the travel supplier, including:

• hotels
• cruise lines
• resorts
• tour operators
• third-party vendors

Cherry-Picked Travel does not control supplier cancellation policies or refund timelines.

Please note:

• Planning and research fees are non-refundable.
• Some reservations may be fully non-refundable from the time of booking.
• Airline tickets may carry additional change or cancellation penalties.
• Refund processing times vary by supplier and financial institution.

Communication 

Cherry-Picked Travel operates primarily outside traditional business hours.

Typical response times are within 24–48 business hours, excluding weekends, holidays, and active travel days.

Urgent travel issues while actively traveling will be prioritized whenever possible.
